I absolutely loved the modern decor in my room, featuring unique design elements that made it so visually appealing. The breakfast buffet was an indulgent treat, with a great selection that kept me energized for my day of exploring. Plus, the outdoor seating area was such a delightful spot to unwind with drinks, adding an extra layer of enjoyment to my stay.

Had a great time exploring Berlin with my family! The room was clean, and the bed was really comfortable, which is a plus after long days out. We loved being just a short walk away from Kurfurstendamm and the Kaiser Wilhelm Memorial Church. The kids enjoyed the free lemonade and fruit in the lobby, which was a nice touch. Only downside was the Wi-Fi could be better, but overall, a lovely stay.

Unexpected challenges, yet great staff
Despite a few hiccups, we enjoyed our stay with wonderfully helpful staff always ready to assist. The room features modern decor with thoughtful amenities like USB plugs and a neat streaming TV.
We faced issues with the bathroom door not closing and an unclear WiFi setup. the advertised gym wasn't ready during our stay.

i was utterly unimpressed with my stay. the elevator is an asbolutely ridiculous wait, and the air conditioning didn't work, leaving me sweltering. i nearly would’ve given a good review if i had received a complimentary bottle of water, but alas, no such luck. utterly disappointing, as one would expect more from a hotel of this supposed caliber.
